I've taken a liking to the one from 6/30/95... are there any others that you enjoy - like a nice greasy one from the early 80s????

Not from the 80's but this '93 version is cookin'. One thing that always stands out to me are the solos here. At one point Jerry gives Vince some room to jam but he doesn't really dig in, then along comes the bridge and Jerry jumps right back in and totally throws it down. It's almost like he's sayin' "Vince, come on! Blow the roof off the mother!" I'm not bagging on Vince but it does make me laugh every time i hear it. e

this song debuted in 82 and the best versions are from 85-89...03-27-1985, 06-25-1985, 12-30-1985, 02-14-1986, 09-24-1988, 12-31-1988, 07-19-1989, 09-30-1989 provide a good sampling...the best one to me is 07-19-1989...it's a toss up for the next best three, with 09-24-1988 (with Mick Taylor formerly of the Stones, think "Sticky Fingers")...03-27 and 12-30-85 are both pretty chunky...

I'm listening to the one from Laguna Seca ('87) because I remember Hidalgo playing with Jer on it, but can't pick him out (or hazy memory???).

I know this is a little late but I would recommend this version from a very underrated show...
